If you’re in the crypto markets, you need to use this Claude prompt.
It’s one of the most powerful low-hanging fruit prompts that will genuinely change how you research crypto.
It creates a personal crypto research employee that you can run 24/7.

AI training faces a very different set of trade-offs compared to human evolution. Because you can directly copy a trained model basically for free, it makes sense to amortize in the pre-trained weights the learning that humans spread across a lifetime. https://t.co/xV6zV8AxoA

Your armpit is a bioreactor producing a thiol detectable at parts per trillion. Your nose is the only one in the room not picking it up.
The smell coming off your armpits is mostly 3-methyl-3-sulfanylhexan-1-ol, a thiol that Staphylococcus hominis produces by breaking down a precursor in your apocrine sweat. Human noses detect this class of compound at picograms per liter of air. A few molecules per breath is enough to register.
But your own nose adapts to you specifically. Olfactory receptors are GPCRs, and continuous exposure phosphorylates them. Calcium floods the cilia. Adenylyl cyclase activity drops. The cyclic nucleotide-gated channels that fire the neuron lose their affinity for cAMP. The whole cascade collapses in seconds to minutes. Your cortex layers a second filter on top, tagging your scent signature as “self” so the brain stops processing it.
When you can faintly smell yourself, your receptors are running at maybe 1% of their actual sensitivity to that compound. The person walking past you has full receptor density, fully sensitized, firing on a molecule they’ve never been exposed to before.
You’re listening through earplugs. They’re standing next to the speaker.
This is also why you can’t smell your own house, your own car, or perfume on yourself ten minutes after you spray it. Recovery requires about 20 minutes of complete absence from the source. Anything less and you’re still adapted.
You’re catching the last 1%. They’ve been at 100% for an hour.

PM compensation at AI companies in April 2026 is now a barbell.
Amazon AGI median TC: $325K. OpenAI median TC: $860K. Same year, same https://t.co/7hrp2XL4HZ public data, both companies hiring AI PMs aggressively.
The TC gap between the two ends is roughly $2M over a 4-year cycle, before equity appreciation.
Most PMs assume that gap comes down to model team vs application team. Or US tech hub vs everywhere else. Or YOE.
It doesn’t.
I just spent 6 months coaching 80 candidates through these loops. The candidates clearing the OpenAI tier prepare for one round the Amazon tier barely tests.
It’s called AI product sense. And it’s the round most candidates I coach have prepped for least when they walk in.
I just recorded a full mock with Ankit Virmani, who wrapped offers at Uber, Atlassian, Cisco. He estimates 70-80% of his rounds were still traditional behavioral and product sense. The same questions you’d have gotten 5 years ago.
But every top AI company had one round that wasn’t on that list. And across the 80 candidates I’ve coached, that round correlates with level placement more than any other single factor.
The framework gap between a 6/10 and a 9/10 in that round looks like this:
A 6/10 candidate jumps to demographic segments, proposes generic features, mentions safety in one sentence at the end, and defends growth with “this will increase engagement.”
A 9/10 candidate opens with strategic context (Anthropic’s $2.5B revenue, Codex CLI competitive threat, shipping velocity), segments by relationship to AI capability, splits every solution into model layer and application layer, weaves safety into the design of each feature, and defends 10x growth with three specific levers (activation, retention, word of mouth).
Same question. Same 30 minutes. Different frameworks.
That gap is the entire spread between the two ends of the barbell.
I recorded the full mock with Ankit on “how would you increase Claude Code WAU 10x?” The 9/10 breakdown of every sentence that mattered is at 52:30.

when you launch a new product this is what your ideal scenario looks like in terms of reaction:
- 50% don’t give a rat’s ass.
- 25% dismiss it right away (esp the ones who are knowledgeable about the space, the so called experts or “product leaders”)
- 13% pure haters.
- 10% true fans who help you to be truly better.
- 2% who see the future & just get where the puck is going, not where it is.
if you achieve these numbers at scale.. you have something with potential on your hands.

One person shipped a working iOS app to TestFlight in 2 hours.
A real hockey rules application, designed in Figma, ticketed in Jira, coded by 21 coordinated agents inside Claude Code, deployed to Apple’s beta distribution platform. Two hours, one human, end-to-end.
In 2020, this scope of mobile MVP took 8-12 weeks. Three engineers, one designer, one PM. The kind of work that justified a seed round.
The compression is roughly 200x on timeline and 5x on team. The math should mass-humble every CTO still budgeting next year’s roadmap in headcount.
The catch is the input. 21 agents pointed at a sloppy prompt produce 21 agents worth of slop. The system analyst agent sits at the front of the workflow because the entire stack falls over without it.
The longest dictation prompt the show has captured runs from minute 26 to minute 35 of the episode. Nine straight minutes of structured thinking, no edits, no retries. That’s what the agents needed to ship.
Engineers spent 30 years optimizing for keyboard speed. The next 30 will reward whoever can hold an entire system in their head and describe it out loud without losing the thread.
The headline number is 21. The real number is 1.

I’ve been telling people “AI product sense” is the actual filter in AI PM rounds for months now.
Ankit Virmani just walked into offers at Uber, Atlassian, and Cisco. I recorded a full mock with him on a Claude Code growth question, and the first thing he did wasn’t a feature idea. Wasn’t a growth tactic. Wasn’t even a metric.
It was strategic framing.
Before touching how to 10x weekly active users, he framed why the question matters in three layers.
-
The platform shift. We’re moving from AI-assisted typing (autocomplete) to AI as an autonomous coding agent. The user describes the outcome. The agent drives execution. Claude Code is Anthropic’s product in that transition.
-
The business reality. Claude Code sits around $2.5B ARR and is the single largest revenue driver in Anthropic’s portfolio.
-
The mission flywheel. Growing weekly actives doesn’t only move a product metric. It funds the safety research mission Anthropic was built around.
Then he made a second move most candidates miss entirely.
He noted that as a Claude Code PM, you don’t restrict yourself to the harness. You can push requests up to the model team. The 1M context window in Claude Code across all plans came from the app team escalating that need to model. That’s how systems-level thinking shows up in a 45-minute interview.
This is the actual bar at AI labs and AI-first companies right now.
Most candidates walk in with growth frameworks and feature lists. The candidates getting offers walk in able to articulate the platform shift, the business stakes, and how to operate across the model and product boundary before they propose anything.
The 9/10 breakdown at the end of the mock is where this gets really concrete. If you’re prepping for AI PM rounds, the rubric is the alpha.

Andrew Chen just called PM the most important role in tech again.
His argument in one line: when anyone can build, the person who decides WHAT to build becomes the bottleneck.
Boris Cherny’s Claude Code team at Anthropic shows what this looks like in practice. They ship hundreds of prototypes before committing to a feature. Boris personally runs 5 parallel Claude instances and ships 20-30 PRs a day. The team built Cowork, a full product for non-engineers, in about 10 days. Productivity per engineer grew 70% even as Anthropic tripled headcount.
The cost of building dropped through the floor. The cost of picking the right thing didn’t.
Anthropic’s PMs don’t even write traditional PRDs anymore. They review working software at 9am, kill 80% of it by noon, ship the rest by end of week. Pattern-matching across user research and technical feasibility while staring at a working prototype.
This is why AI PM offers at OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind now run past $1M total comp. Anyone can build. Almost nobody can look at 15 working prototypes and call the 3 worth scaling. That judgment didn’t matter as much when shipping took 6 weeks. It matters enormously when shipping takes 45 minutes.
Andrew nailed the diagnosis. The harder question for every PM: can I be the one who picks?
Here’s how to build the muscle:
- Modern PRD guide: https://t.co/9ivvVUmZfs
- AI Prototyping tutorial: https://t.co/E36b6PG7u0
- AI Roadmap: https://t.co/PyoqTGjGdM
- PM Operating System: https://t.co/vDapougi85
- Learn this live in my cohort: https://t.co/goFNR9uPjQ
The bottleneck moved. The pay moved with it.

Run the numbers on a Claude Pro seat.
Average compute cost per Claude Design session: $2 to $7. A power user ships 3 designs a week. Weekly compute load on Anthropic: $6 to $21. The user pays $20 a month. By week three, Anthropic is underwater on the seat.
That is the unit economics. Now run the math on what the seat replaces.
Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps: $720 a year. Figma Pro: $180. Canva Pro: $180. Notion Business: $240. Replit Core: $300. Cursor Pro: $240. ChatGPT Plus: $240. A maxed-out builder stack runs $2,100 a year.
Claude Pro is $240 a year.
The replacement ratio is 9 to 1.
Every Claude Pro seat that displaces the maxed-out stack pulls $1,860 of annual SaaS spend off the table for that user and routes it onto a single Anthropic invoice that loses money on inference.
At even modest adoption, the math compounds. 5 million Claude Pro subscribers replacing 4 of those services represents $6 billion in annual SaaS revenue rerouted in under two years. 10 million doing the same is $12 billion.
Public markets are starting to price it. Design SaaS lost $6 billion in market cap this week. Adobe, Figma, Squarespace, Wix, and Notion are next on the list of companies that sell into the buyer Anthropic just locked into a $20 monthly seat.
The compute losses Anthropic eats per session are the cost of buying the consumer SaaS budget.
The newsletter walks through the cost-optimization order that keeps a full prototype under $7. Skip the order and one comment-heavy iteration burns through a Pro quota in a single afternoon.

Humans win. Not close. The mechanism is the most underrated story in evolutionary biology.
You have 2 to 4 million sweat glands. The cheetah has zero functional cooling beyond panting, which loses CO2 and water faster than it dumps heat. After one full sprint, a cheetah’s core temperature spikes 1.5°C and it needs roughly 30 minutes of forced rest before it can move again. At 100km, the human is asleep before the cheetah finishes.
The horse has the second-best cooling here and still loses. Horses sweat, but their skin sits under hide built for open-plain weather, not extended midday output. Above 30°C, a galloping horse runs into “thumps,” a synchronized diaphragmatic flutter from electrolyte collapse. The Man vs Horse marathon in Wales is 22 miles. Horses win most years. Humans have done it twice. Triple the distance and the race inverts.
Lions sprint at 80 km/h for under a minute, then sleep 20 hours a day. Bears top out around 56 km/h carrying fur coats designed for Arctic winter. Wolves do well to about km 30 and then thermoregulation breaks. Ostriches have the leg geometry for 70 km/h and burn through their glycogen by 40 km. The camel is the closest competitor in this group, built for desert distance, and still loses to a trained ultrarunner over 100km.
Now stack the human kit. Roughly 1 liter of evaporative cooling per hour while you keep moving. An Achilles tendon that stores around 35% of your stride energy and returns it on the next step. A nuchal ligament that pins the head while everything below pistons. Quadrupeds are locked into discrete gaits, each efficient only at narrow speeds. Humans run at any pace with steady efficiency, which means we match speed to terrain and hold it for six hours.
The persistence hunter hypothesis is that humans are the only mammal evolved to chase prey to death by overheating. Kalahari San hunters still do it. They follow a kudu in midday heat for 4 to 6 hours until the animal collapses from hyperthermia, then walk up and finish it.
The cheetah can clear 100 meters faster than Bolt. The horse can clear 5 km faster than any human alive. At 100 kilometers, the cheetah is dead, the horse has thumps, the lion is asleep, and the human is still running.
Fur, claws, and raw power went out the door. What we kept is the only fully functional cooling system in the animal kingdom. Physics finishes the race for you.

Consumer AI has a statelessness problem and it’s the actual ceiling on the category.
Excel saves your formulas across decades. Notion templates from 2019 still render. Keyboard shortcuts trained in Photoshop carry to Figma. Every prior software category turned time-on-tool into compounding user value.
Consumer AI mostly does the opposite. Spend an hour teaching ChatGPT your tone. Close the tab. Gone. Explain your role, your audience, your decision criteria. New session. Reset. Finally craft the system prompt that clicks. Six weeks later the model updates and the prompt is stale.
The product compounds. Your usage of it doesn’t.
That gap is why AI feels like a toy after the novelty wears off. Capability gets cheaper every six months. Your specific knowledge of how to deploy that capability resets every session.
Hermes is the first consumer agent that flips this. SOUL.md is the standing brief written once that loads before every scheduled run. Each run evaluates what worked and saves a sharper version of the procedure. Week 8 briefing lands ahead of week 1.
The architecture finally lets a consumer AI session do what every other software session has done for forty years: leave you smarter than it found you.
Full breakdown on setup, three use cases, and three honest limitations:

openai 现在的战术还挺“清晰”的🤣
anthropic 出了 mythos preview,openai 出 gpt-5.4-cyper,也强调网络安全威胁/能力;

The receptor biology turns this tip into a physical law.

Your attention span on a screen is now 47 seconds. Recovery time after each app switch is 23 minutes and 15 seconds. The math doesn’t work.
Gloria Mark at UC Irvine has been measuring this for 22 years. In 2003, average attention on any screen was 2.5 minutes. Today it’s 47 seconds. Same labs, two decades of data. The line only goes one way.
Recovery time is the part that breaks productivity entirely. After every context switch, your brain takes 23 minutes to fully re-engage with the previous task. RescueTime data shows the average knowledge worker switches apps every 90 seconds. The recovery window is 15x longer than the gap between switches. We are running on permanent cognitive overdraft.
This is the scientific argument behind “stop using tools, start commanding intelligence.” Every tool you remove is 23 minutes of recovery time you don’t pay. If memory, research, generation, and integrations live behind one prompt, the cognitive layer stops doing the work the OS used to do.
Knowledge work output per worker has been flat for two decades despite massive software spend. Tool count explains more of the problem than tool quality. Every additional app on the stack subtracts minutes from the only finite resource left.
The AI products that win the next chapter optimize for one number: minutes of uninterrupted focus per workflow completed. Whoever gets that number up wins the decade.

Humans win.

Sat May 02 19:30:05 +0000 2026
36 likes, 7 replies, 5 retweets
原文:
Anthropic added $35B of ARR in twelve months.
From $9B at the end of 2025 to $44B in May 2026. The curve is so steep investors are submitting allocations within 48 hours for a $50B round at a $900B+ valuation. That would top OpenAI.
$35B ÷ 365 = $96M of new ARR added every single day.
AWS, the fastest infrastructure business in history, took 13 years to reach $35B in annual revenue. ServiceNow took roughly two decades to clear $9B. Salesforce, founded 1999, did not cross $20B in revenue until 2021.
Anthropic added more ARR in twelve months than Salesforce built in twenty-two years.
The curve inside the curve is what the headline misses. December 2024 to September 2025 added about $4B. September 2025 to February 2026 added $5B more. February 2026 to May 2026 alone added roughly $30B. The slope is not just steep. It is bending upward into the round.
Eight of the Fortune 10 are now Claude customers. Over 500 enterprises spend $1M+ annually. Claude Code alone is at $2.5B in annualized revenue, doubling since January.
The driver is enterprise replacement. Procurement teams are swapping named SaaS line items for Anthropic API spend faster than any enterprise software cycle on record.
At ~20x ARR the implied valuation prints ~$900B. At $60B run-rate, the same multiple prints $1.2T. The bet investors are signing this week is that ARR clears $50B before the IPO.
Anthropic added in twelve months what AWS built in thirteen years.

Ancient DNA overturns consensus on how cultures spread. “It wasn’t peaceful, it wasn’t friendly, it wasn’t nice.” Some archaeologists were “really distressed.” Science doesn’t care about our feelings.

2026-05-03 07:05:00 entirely.

BOOOOM!
I was just gifted by the lone family member of the original owner of THEO. AUDEL & CO has donated the entire micro film of all the publications exclusive to me and my AI models!
THIS IS THE GOLD STANDARD OF TROUBLE SHOOTING THINKING.
Of course the data itself is valuable.
But the absolute high protein can-do ethos is what we are capturing. The process of thinking in these manuals just do not occur in our epoch at this scale.
And now I will curate this for eternity on to a foundation to AGI.
All open source at some point.

The calmest person you know wasn’t born that way. They trained it. Every time they paused instead of reacting, every time they chose silence over the last word, they were building a muscle.

Take-Two stock closed at $216 yesterday. It was $209 the day after this delay announcement. A year of news, two delays totaling $7-8B in market cap destruction, and the stock has fully round-tripped to where it bottomed.
The next forced repricing is May 21. That’s the FY26 earnings call. Three things drop that day.
FY27 guidance, the first full year that includes GTA 6. Take-Two’s three-year pipeline through FY29. And likely confirmation of the $100 price point Strauss floated at iicon in Vegas this week.
Run the math at $100. GTA V sold 215M+ copies at a $60 launch. If GTA 6 hits HALF that lifetime number at $100, that’s $10.7B in unit revenue alone, before GTA Online attach. Consensus is already at $9.23B in FY27 net bookings, pricing in roughly 60M units year one at the new price.
The setup nobody is pricing: GTA Online still generates over $1M per day a decade after GTA V launched. That’s $365M per year on a 13-year-old game, and Take-Two has been sitting on that revenue while Rockstar rebuilt the engine.
The 13-year gap between GTA V and GTA VI is the longest in franchise history. Every year of that gap engineered more pricing power. Strauss is now testing whether a flagship entertainment product can break the $70 industry ceiling. If yes, every AAA publisher reprices their roadmap and Take-Two captures a 43% per-unit premium on the biggest launch in gaming history. If no, the $70 ceiling holds for another decade.
Stock at $216. Analyst median $277. High $305. The downside from delays is already priced. The upside from the price test is not.
May 21 is the catalyst. Three weeks out.

fascinating to watch openai’s recent messaging pivot from ubi / job loss to optimism & job creation.
stark contrast with what dario has communicated consistently.
this now reads less like overall philosophy & more like positioning. once anthropic became a real contender, the narrative clearly needed contrast esp as the offerings are converging.

Roughly 41,000 fifteen-year-olds in Shenzhen failed an exam last summer and lost their academic high school path that day.
Shenzhen’s 2024 zhongkao tested 136,000 students over three days. About 70% passed and earned a regular high school slot. The other ~41,000 were routed into vocational secondary schools or out of formal education that summer. One test, three days, lifetime track decision.
The four most selective public high schools in the city, the “Famous Four,” admit roughly 10% of local applicants and around 2% of non-residents. That’s high school. For 15-year-olds. In one city.
That’s why these buildings have research-university scale. The actual stakes inside are research-university stakes.
Now scale it. Nationally, 15.4 million kids took the zhongkao in 2023. China’s policy quotas explicitly cap academic high school admission at roughly 50-65% of test takers. Half a generation gets sorted into vocational tracks at age 15 by one test.
Shenzhen went from 30,000 people in 1979 to 17.5 million in 2020. The city runs 554 secondary schools as of 2024 and is building more under a 2025 capital plan worth $434B that explicitly funds new public high schools like Shenshan. The US closed roughly 5,000 public schools between 2017 and 2022, with closures climbing again in 2023-24.
One country is constructing schools at this scale because it has more students than seats. The other is shutting schools because it has more seats than students.
The pressure inside that building is what designed it.

Every AI tool you use right now is stuck at week-one performance.
Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, agent frameworks. Same prompt, same output, week 1 vs week 50. The skill files sit static while you re-explain your context every Monday. There is a hard ceiling: your prompts can only be as good as the day you wrote them.
Hermes broke that loop with one design choice. Every 15 tool calls, it pauses, reads what worked in the session, and rewrites the skill file. Same prompt next week. Different procedure underneath.
The numbers from my logs: 20 min for the competitive briefing in week one, 12 min by week four, 8 min by week six. I never edited the prompt. The agent rewrote its own procedure four times. By week six, the briefing was surfacing competitor patterns I had missed in three weeks of doing it manually.
This is what compounds. Static skills have a flat ceiling. Self-rewriting skills get sharper every session because they keep what worked and drop what didn’t. The gap between someone running self-improving skills and someone running static prompts widens every week.
The other piece most PMs miss: the moat is local. Hermes runs Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Llama. Switch models tomorrow and your accumulated skill files come with you. Anthropic rate-limits you mid-launch, you have a fallback that kept its memory.
Full setup, 3 SKILL files I am running, and the 30-day rollout in the deep dive.

Let me explain exactly why LV spent millions wrapping a building to look like the product they barely sell anymore.
Louis Vuitton sold its first trunk in 1854. Trunks today are heritage objects. The bulk of LVMH’s flagship brand runs through $1,500-$5,000 leather bags and high-end luggage almost nobody checks at airports. That pricing collapses without the trunk.
Heritage works as a multiplier on every product LV ships. 170 years of artisan trunk-making is the backstop that justifies the bag premium. Strip that association and the bag is leather and stitching. Pricing drops from $4,000 to whatever materials and labor actually cost. Maybe $300.
So the Fifth Avenue flagship at 1 East 57th needed a 3-year renovation. Going dark on the most photographed retail corner in the world is brand erosion in real time. LV’s answer was to turn the construction barrier into the most expensive piece of branded camouflage in retail history.
The wrap mimics six stacked trunks in Trianon Grey, the heritage canvas LV used in the 19th century. The largest handle weighs 5,000 pounds. 840 rivets individually engraved with the brand name. Real LV trunks were 3D scanned to model the lock geometry. The hardware is chrome-plated laser-cut steel.
Run the marketing math. A Fifth Avenue billboard frame runs $50K-$100K per month for one print. A 30-second primetime national TV spot is $500K. A full-page Vogue ad is around $200K. The trunk wrap occupies 57th and 5th for roughly 1,000 days, generating organic content from everyone walking past Billionaire’s Row with a phone.
Zero media buy. Runs 24/7 for three years.
The scaffolding was going up regardless. LV turned a sunk cost into the highest-ROI marketing asset in luxury retail.
The trade was never even close.

Washington’s vice president was the founder of American paleontology.
Thomas Jefferson took the oath as VP on March 4, 1797. Six days later he was at the American Philosophical Society in Philadelphia, presenting a paper on a giant prehistoric creature dug out of a saltpeter cave in what’s now West Virginia. He named it “Megalonyx,” meaning “great claw.” His best guess was a 9-foot prehistoric lion three times the size of any living one. Modern paleontology classifies it as a giant ground sloth from the Pleistocene that went extinct around 11,000 years ago. That paper is generally credited as the founding of vertebrate paleontology in North America.
A note on the dates in the post. The first dinosaur was named in 1824, not 1864. William Buckland called the Stonesfield specimen Megalosaurus 25 years after Washington died. The bones themselves had been turning up for nearly 150 years before that. Robert Plot illustrated a Megalosaurus femur in 1677 and assumed it belonged to a biblical giant. Richard Owen finally coined the word “dinosaur” in 1842.
The eerier part is the year 1799 itself. That’s roughly when European naturalists, after a decade of arguing over Cuvier’s mammoth and mastodon papers, accepted that extinction had ever happened at all. Before that, the prevailing scientific view was that nothing in God’s creation could vanish. Jefferson never accepted Cuvier’s conclusion. He wrote about a “completeness of nature” that did not allow species to disappear, and sent Lewis and Clark west in 1804 partly to find living mammoths and Megalonyx still walking the frontier.
Washington died inside that argument. The bones were already sitting in cabinets a few blocks from his presidential residence. The taxonomy arrived within one generation.
He missed the formal naming of the first dinosaur by 25 years. The word “dinosaur” itself by 43.

The Pokemon trading card market is worth $75 billion in 2026.
In 2016 it was $2 billion. Look at the dip around 2022.
That spike in 2021 was the bubble everyone remembers. Logan Paul, Gary Vee, lockdown booster boxes hitting $400K, Base Set Charizard PSA 9 going from $15K to $55K in 14 months. By late 2022 the market had crashed back below $10B. Bubble called. Story over.
Then on October 30, 2024, The Pokemon Company launched Pokemon TCG Pocket. A free mobile app.
The app earned $208 million in its first month. $1.25 billion in its first year. 150 million downloads. More revenue than Pokemon GO pulled in the same window.
Per TCGplayer’s own pricing data, the median price of physical Pokemon cards started climbing the week Pocket launched. Not after a viral moment. Not in a later quarter. The week.
Pocket players collected ten times more cards inside the app than the entire physical TCG printed in its best year ever. A meaningful percentage of them then walked into Target and started buying real product. The Pokemon Company prints around 11.9 billion physical cards a year. Demand passed that ceiling almost immediately.
By February 2026, Logan sold his Pikachu Illustrator at Goldin for $16.49 million. Guinness called it the most expensive trading card ever auctioned. He paid $5.275M for it in 2021.
In March 2026 a Japanese No Rarity Charizard hit $1.7 million. First Charizard ever to break a million.
Circana data shows non-sports trading card spending up 350% from 2020 to 2025. The physical card shortage tracks one cause. A free mobile app converting digital collectors into physical buyers in real time.
The 2021 run was a bubble looking for a use case. The 2026 run has 150 million users.

Imagine deciding that the best way to judge art and human expression isn’t by the quality of the work, the strength of the vision, or the intent of the artist, but by some arbitrary, made-up rulebook you’ve decided is objectively correct. I’m sure that will age beautifully.
For a second, I thought this was a headline from The Onion. Made-up certifications are weak signals. They don’t say, “This person has taste, judgment, or expertise.” They say, “This person wanted a badge and if you pay me I’ll give you a stamp”. performative authority, what happens when people get so attached to their own narratives that they confuse fiction for reality.

Matt Abrahams teaches public speaking at Stanford. His best framework sounds insane: do not try to calm down before you speak.
Alison Wood Brooks proved why at Harvard in 2014.
She ran three experiments at HBS. She made participants do high-stakes karaoke, public speaking, and a brutal math test under loss-framed time pressure. Before each task, she randomly assigned them to say “I am calm,” “I am excited,” “I am anxious,” or nothing.
The karaoke study used 113 people singing “Don’t Stop Believin’” on a Wii. Voice-recognition software scored pitch, rhythm, volume.
“I am excited” group: 80% accuracy.
“I am calm” group: 69%.
“I am anxious” group: 53%.
Same song. Same hardware. Same room. The only variable was the four words people said before they opened their mouths.
The math experiment ran 188 participants on a difficult IQ test framed as a financial loss. The “get excited” group scored 8% higher than the calm group. The speech experiment had independent judges rate persuasiveness, competence, confidence, and persistence. Excited group beat calm group on all four.
The mechanism is arousal congruency. Anxiety and excitement share the same physiology. Elevated heart rate, narrowed attention, cortisol spike, palms sweating. The body is in a high-arousal state and cannot be talked out of it on the timeline you have before you walk on stage.
“Calm down” tries to drag the body from high arousal to low arousal. The body resists. You spend cognitive bandwidth fighting the floor of your own nervous system, which is the same bandwidth you needed to deliver the talk. The fight is the failure.
“Get excited” keeps the high-arousal state and assigns it a useful label. Same chemistry, different cognitive frame. The energy now serves the task.
Brooks tracked heart rate across all three studies. The “excited” group’s pulse stayed elevated. They didn’t calm down. They stopped trying to.
Greeting the anxiety accepts the body. Managing it fights the body. The body always wins the fight.
The arousal is loaded. Excitement is just calling it by name.

整体设计为主从式 agent 结构,主 agent 负责决策与任务分发(Coordinator),多个从 agent(Explore / Review / Repair / Experience)负责执行、修复与经验沉淀。过程管理采用 TASKS.md(管任务)+ CURSOR.md(管进度),确保每个步骤执行到位,全程 AI 自主完成。

https://t.co/JEecs1qkT4

Six months ago, the longest task you could trust an AI agent to finish without supervision was three minutes.
Today it’s hours. Soon it’s a workday.
Models didn’t get that much smarter. They finally got the scaffolding every functioning human has: memory of the world, tools to act on it, and guardrails that keep them from doing dumb things.
Mahesh, who’s been building AI products at Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and Google for 13 years, explains it through how a kid learns. First you teach them hot and cold. That’s signals. Then they can fetch a glass of water. That’s tools. Then they learn what’s allowed. That’s guardrails. The intelligence was always there. The scaffolding is what made the kid useful.
Claude Code is the moment the scaffolding got production-ready. File system access, bash, long-horizon jobs, skills written in plain English. The whole stack a working adult uses, ported to an agent.
Most PMs are still writing prompts like they’re talking to a smart toddler. The PMs pulling ahead are raising agents that remember what happened yesterday and follow the house rules today.
Stop prompting. Start raising.

This mimics what I’ve read about novel writing:
Novelists spend years writing diaries and fragmented pieces of text.
They then take those and turn those into larger pieces.
Then, they scrupulously edit and re-edit until it falls into place.

I don’t have any expectation that this would be faster than regular creative writing.
But I do expect the quality to be very high, and it might be a bit less taxing and frustrating.

刚看完人类神书 GEB(哥德尔、埃舍尔、巴赫)的讲解。
